Join us for our next session where we are embracing autumn by painting and carving designs into pumpkins 🎃🍁🍂
 

The leaves are starting to turn orange and fall, the days are getting shorter and pumpkin spiced lattes are back in Starbucks which means autumn is officially here! Join us for our next session where we will be painting and carving pumpkins.

For those who fancy carving, we will be providing knives (with a little safety talk first) to sculpt your pumpkins or there is also the option to paint your pumpkins. We will be providing everything you need for this session, however, if you have anything of your own supplies you would like to use please feel free to bring them along.

We can’t wait to see what quirky fun designs everyone can come up with! Using tactile exploration and finding our inner children :)

Utilise Chin Up Cardiff's support group by joining our next session alongside others accessing, with our lovely Chin Up team members present throughout the session. This sessions aims to provide a supportive atmosphere, providing social engagement within a space that understands and accommodates survivors of sexual assault.​

It is completely FREE to attend the session. If you would like to donate to the running costs of Chin Up we have a Go Fund Me.

There are limited places due to staffing and the size of the venue, so we ask that you only book a place if you are planning to attend. If you are unable to attend, please cancel and let us know so.
