Our mission is to foster a non-therapeutic environment that allows individuals with similar experiences to come together, find validation, and navigate their healing journey at their own pace.

Hi my name is Ella, I am one of the co-creators of Chin Up. I am passionate about supporting people and has a BSc in Psychology alongside a number of years working in the charity sector. Truly hoping that Chin Up has the potential to help those who need it.

Co-Founder & Chief Operations Officer
Hello, I'm Beth and I’m so excited to be setting up Chin Up! My hope is to form a sisterhood, to be surrounded by people who understand without the need to explain. I’m an outdoorsy, ocean lover, who spends a lot of time outside. I hope to bring this sense of adventure and love of nature to our sessions.
